Cadwalader Looks To Demote Managing Partner

Law360, New York (November 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Bracing for a sharp decline in profits, partners at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP are reportedly planning to vote for the firm’s managing partner and former chairman to step down from the management committee.

Robert O. Link Jr. is expected to be voted off the management team at a meeting Wednesday, but will remain a partner at the firm, an anonymous Cadwalader partner told The Lawyer.
