Brink's Security Staff Sues For Overtime Wages

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Security provider Brink's Inc. is facing a purported class action brought on behalf of security employees who claim they were not paid overtime wages, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Lead plaintiff Roberto Hernandez, a security messenger, seeks to recover unpaid overtime wages from the security services company.
