Internet Is Star Witness In Today's Trademark Law

Law360, New York (November 19, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Trademark lawsuits filed in federal courts in 2008 are set to dip somewhat compared to the previous year’s filings, as a shipwrecked economy and accompanying cash shortages kept companies from suing on principle alone, according to the 2009 Law360 Litigation Almanac.
