Deals Rumor Mill: Foxconn Technology, Virgin America, KKR

Ltd., also known as Foxconn Technology Group, is set to officially ink a deal to buy beleaguered tech company Sharp Corp., Reuters reported on Saturday, after the two sides agreed to a lower price tag than initially planned. According to the report, both companies have board meetings scheduled for this week during which they will approve the deal, and the agreement could be signed as soon as Thursday. Reports last week said that Foxconn will likely pay about 600 billion yen ($5.3 billion). This would mark the end of a monthslong battle between Foxconn and state-backed Innovation Network Corp. of Japan to buy Sharp....
