MasterCard Wins Dismissal Of IPO Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge overseeing the massive interchange fee antitrust litigation in New York has tossed a supplemental complaint against MasterCard Inc. over its initial public offering, but will give the merchant plaintiffs a chance to plug the holes in their claims.
