Disney, Others Get Sanctions In Phone Patent Suit

Law360, New York (November 26, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has turned a patent infringement suit brought by Triune Star Inc. over cell phone cameras on its head, calling Triune's complaint frivolous and granting sanctions to defendants Pantech & Curitel Communications Inc., LG Electronics and the Walt Disney Co.'s mobile phone division.
