Guardsmen Accuse KBR Of Toxic Exposure

Law360, New York (December 03, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- Sixteen Indiana National Guard soldiers have filed a lawsuit against a military contractor accusing it of knowingly exposing them to toxic chemicals while they were protecting a water-pumping plant during a deployment to Iraq.
