J&J, CIBA To Head To Trial Over Contact Lens Patent

Law360, New York (December 04, 2008, 12:00 AM ET) -- A feud between rivals Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Inc. and CIBA Vision Corp. over six patents pertaining to extended-wear contact lenses is set to head to trial, with a federal judge denying the lion's share of summary judgment motions filed by both companies.
