Health Food Co. Selling Unauthorized Drugs: FDA Suit

Law360, New York (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Federal authorities have asked a judge to prohibit a health food company from advertising that its products prevent or treat conditions including cancer, AIDS, diabetes and anemia because the products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
