Consumer Groups Sue CPSC To Enforce Phthalate Ban

Law360, New York (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Consumer advocacy groups have put the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in the hot seat for deciding that certain plastic toys made before a nationwide ban on phthalates goes into effect may still be sold in stores after that date.
