Stockbroker Loses Bid To Revive ADA Claim

Law360, New York (December 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge has refused a request by a former Salomon Smith Barney Inc. stockbroker to vacate an arbitration ruling that dismissed his claims of wrongful termination against the firm, dashing the finance worker's hopes of reviving his complaint.
