Whole Foods Launches Counterattack On FTC

Law360, New York (December 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- After spending more than $16.5 million defending its acquisition of rival Wild Oats Markets Inc., Whole Foods Market Inc. has filed a counterattack on the U.S. Federal Trade Commission, accusing it of being both prosecutor and judge in challenging the deal.
