Perrigo, Sepracor Settle Clarinex Patent Suit

Law360, New York (December 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Perrigo Co. has reached a settlement with Sepracor Inc. and the University of Massachusetts in a lawsuit that accused it of infringing a pair of patents that cover seasonal allergy treatment Clarinex.

Judge Mary L. Cooper of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey signed off on an order Tuesday dismissing Perrigo from the case.
