Committee Puts Out National Patent Jury Instructions

Law360, New York (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An informal committee consisting of well-known district judges and patent litigators has released a new set of patent jury instructions that they hope will be simple, easy to understand and applicable on a national basis.

The committee, known as the National Patent Jury Instructions Project, was assembled by Paul R. Michel, the chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
