Specifically, the EPA proposed volumes for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel (biodiesel), advanced biofuel and total renewable fuel well below statutorily prescribed volumes but in amounts the EPA estimates will still drive increasing development, distribution and use of these fuels....
