Autodesk Options Backdating Suit Laid To Rest

Law360, New York (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out a shareholder derivative suit accusing officers and directors at software design company Autodesk Inc. of granting millions of dollars’ worth of backdated options from 1997 through 2005, although the plaintiffs have been granted leave to amend their claims.
