Foley Back In Hot Seat In Discrimination Suit

Law360, New York (December 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Muslim former associate at Foley & Lardner LLP who sued the firm after he was terminated post-Sept. 11 has scored a victory in a federal appeals court, which said he had introduced enough evidence of discrimination that his case should not have been thrown out by the trial judge.
