Nintendo, Nyko Settle Patent Dispute Over Nunchuks

Law360, New York (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Nintendo of America Inc. has agreed to settle a patent dispute with Nyko Technologies Inc. over its Nunchuk controller for the popular Wii video game system, the companies announced Wednesday.

Details of the settlement were not disclosed, but the companies said the agreement will allow Nyko to sell a redesigned version of its Kama wireless controller.
