Deals Rumor Mill: Siemens, Tencent Holdings, Hotel Lotte

By Benjamin Horney (June 15, 2016, 5:17 PM EDT) -- German engineering titan Siemens AG and Spain's Gamesa Corporacion Tecnologica SA could soon reveal a partnership that will unite their wind power activities, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday. According to the report, such a deal would create the number one wind turbine maker in the world. An official announcement could be made as soon as this week, the report noted, and the combined entity would have a market capitalization of around  €10 billion ($11.3 billion)....
