By Andrew McIntyre ( June 22, 2016, 2:01 PM EDT) -- An affiliate of Capital Realty Group has sold an Opa-Locka, Florida, apartment complex to an affiliate of Millennia Housing Management Ltd. for $11.9 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported on Tuesday. The deal is for a complex at 13885 N.W. 22nd Ave. that last traded hands in 2002 for $6.5 million, the journal said. The property was built in 1970, according to the report....
