Broadening 'Disability' — What Next?
The primary purpose of the Amendments is to broaden the meaning of “disability” and to extend the ADA’s protection to a much larger proportion of the workforce than was the case under the Supreme Court’s interpretations of the ADA in Toyota Motor Mfg. v.
