Deals Rumor Mill: State Grid, Netmarble Games, TI Automotive

By Benjamin Horney (July 6, 2016, 3:28 PM EDT) -- China's State Grid International Development Ltd. has 20 billion reais ($6.02 billion) earmarked for the acquisition of minority stakes in Brazilian energy company CPFL Energia SA, according to a Wednesday report from Reuters. According to the report, which cited "two government sources," State Grid may look to buy the stakes currently owned by the pension fund for the employees of Banco do Brazil, Previ and Bonaire Participacoes, though those entities have not yet decided whether they want to sell. State Grid will offer to buy the stakes for 25 reais per share, the report noted, the same per share price it paid to acquire the stake owned by Camargo Correa SA last week....
