Antitrust Suit Targets Wholesalers Supervalu, C&S

Law360, New York (January 05, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A proposed class action filed Wednesday accuses Supervalu Inc. and C&S Wholesale Grocers Inc., the two largest grocery wholesalers in the U.S., of colluding to limit wholesale competition in the Northeast and Midwest.
