Palm, RIM Face Parallel Suits Over Hand-Held Devices

Law360, New York (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Defendants that include Palm Inc., Research In Motion Ltd., Nokia Corp. and Panasonic Corp. are the target of complaints filed last month with the U.S. International Trade Commission and in a federal district court in Texas over hand-held wireless communication devices that allegedly infringe Saxon Innovations LLC's patents.
