Law360, New York (August 04, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal court has dealt a blow to medical equipment maker Kinetic Concepts Inc., ruling that rival company BlueSky Medical Group Inc. did not infringe a Kinetic patent for a wound-healing device.
