By Andrew McIntyre ( July 21, 2016, 3:31 PM EDT) -- The Orbach Group LLC has purchased a New York Upper West Side rental property from Wick Holding Corp. for $25.8 million, The Real Deal reported on Wednesday, citing public records. The deal is for 50 Manhattan Ave., a 49-unit, 42,783-square-foot building where most of the units are rent-stabilized, according to the report. Orbach received $15 million in financing from Israel Discount Bank of New York Ltd. for the purchase, The Real Deal said....
