By Andrew McIntyre ( July 28, 2016, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Whole Foods Market Inc. has reached a deal to lease 44,000 square feet of space at One Wall St., according to a report on Wednesday from Commercial Observer. The grocery chain is taking three floors at the Macklowe Properties Inc. building — two for a shopping market and one for the firm's back-end operations, Commercial Observer said. Whole Foods is the first commercial tenant Macklowe has landed for the property, a residential building that has 155,000 square feet of retail space, according to the report....
