New Year Starts Off With More Law Firm Layoffs

Law360, New York (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The new year appears to be starting out much the same way the last one ended, with at least four law firms announcing layoffs of partners, associates and support staff over the past couple of days.

On Friday, for example, Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP said five income partners and five associates would transition out of the firm during the next several months.
