US Attorney For Del. To Join Morgan Lewis

Law360, New York (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In anticipation of the regime change that signals the end of his appointment, the U.S. attorney for the District of Delaware has chosen to pursue private practice as a partner in the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP.

Colm F. Connolly, who had served as a U.S. attorney since 2001 before resigning on Sunday, will on Jan. 20 join Morgan Lewis' litigation department, where he will focus his practice on corporate investigations and white collar matters.
