Plaintiffs To Appeal Fight Over Fatal Plane Crash

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The owner and the operator of a Cessna plane that crashed and killed two people are appealing a court decision that rebuffed their attempt to win damages from Cessna Aircraft Co. Inc. and Goodrich Corp. over the fatal crash.
