3rd Home Depot Worker Pleads Guilty To Fraud

Law360, New York (January 15, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Home Depot Inc. floor merchant has pled guilty to taking kickbacks and filing false tax returns to defraud the home improvement giant out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Ronald K. Johnston pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and two counts of filing a false tax return on Thursday, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. He is the third former Home Depot employee to plead guilty in the scheme to defraud the company.
