Bank Loses Bid To Examine Lehman Docs

Law360, New York (January 21, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy case has denied the Bank of New York Mellon's request to examine documents connected to the investment giant's collapse.
