Goldman Sachs Arm Sues SemGroup Over $90M Deal

Aron & Co., a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Group Inc. that trades commodities, has launched an adversary case against certain debtors and creditors in SemGroup LP's Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, claiming it is entitled to tender $89.8 million it owes to the debtors.
