Judge Won't Drop Antitrust Claims From Blu-Ray Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has agreed to compel arbitration of a narrow section of DVD-chip manufacturer Zoran Corp.'s claims against technology licensor DTS Inc., but left patent misuse antitrust allegations involving the audio standard used by Blu-ray high-definition video players to be further litigated.
