Nokia Files Complaint Against Qualcomm

Law360, New York (August 9, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The gloves have come off in the legal battle between telecommunication giants Nokia Corp. and Qualcomm. Responding to Qualcomm’s call for investigation into allegations of patent infringement, Nokia filed a complaint in the Delaware Court of Chancery to compel Qualcomm to adhere to international standards for licensing intellectual property.
