Deals Rumor Mill: Bayer, Naspers, Rabobank

By Benjamin Horney (September 20, 2016, 3:35 PM EDT) -- A number of potential suitors have emerged for the dermatology unit that Bayer AG has put on the chopping block as the German chemical and drugmaker looks to raise cash for its proposed $66 billion takeover of seeds and pesticides giant Monsanto, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday. According to the report, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., Perrigo Co. and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., along with private equity firms KKR & Co. LP, Nordic Capital, Bain Capital, Blackstone Group LP and Cinven, are among those that could place bids. The unit, which could be worth as much as €1 billion ($1.1 billion), was reportedly put on sale earlier this month....
