Cordis Loses Bid For More Discovery In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 23, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Cordis Neurovascular Inc. has lost its bid to reopen discovery and take a deposition in a suit filed by Boston Scientific Corp. claiming a Cordis device used to treat cerebral aneurysms infringes three BSC patents.
