Cuomo Subpoenas Thain In Merrill Lynch Bonus Probe

Law360, New York (January 27, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced Tuesday that he has subpoenaed recently ousted Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. CEO John Thain as part of a probe into last-minute bonuses the investment bank issued just days before it merged with Bank of America Corp.
