Law360, New York (January 28, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A former assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division has returned to Covington & Burling LLP to lead the firm’s global antitrust and competition practice.
Thomas O. Barnett began his career in private practice at Covington as an antitrust partner and will return to work at the firm next week, working with the firm’s white collar group in criminal antitrust enforcement and investigative issues.
