Deals Rumor Mill: CenturyLink, OMV, LPL Financial Holdings

According to the report, BC Partners has overtaken a consortium comprised of GTCR LLC, Charlesbank Capital Partners LLC, Berkshire Partners LLC and Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners, which recently ceased talks after not agreeing to terms. The unit in question could be worth more than $2.5 billion, according to previous reports, but the sale process has become complicated due to leases that CenturyLink has with a company that rents out data centers....
