Viacom Slaps Music Choice Back In Patent Spat

Law360, New York (January 29, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Viacom Inc. has hit back at patent infringement allegations from Music Choice with a new counterclaim that the digital music broadcaster has infringed a recently issued Viacom patent related to the management of music and other content delivery over the Internet.
