The firm is close to picking up the so-called Falchi Building at 31-00 47th Ave., a five-story, 658,000-square-foot building that is 91 percent leased, according to the report. Jamestown bought the property in 2012 for $81.2 million and has since done significant renovations since, The Real Deal said....
