Foley & Lardner Sued By Former Clients Over Fees

Law360, New York (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Former clients of Foley & Lardner LLP have filed a breach of contract suit against the firm, claiming that it failed to adequately represent their interests in a patent suit and overcharged for its services.

DataTern Inc., Amphion Innovations and FireStar Software Inc. filed the suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, alleging that they are owed more than $1 million in damages.
