Texas Pesticide Toxic Tort Moves Closer To Trial

Law360, New York (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas appeals court has allowed the first trial to move forward in a sprawling toxic tort case over alleged illnesses caused by a pesticide plant, denying a motion by the defendant companies, which include Dow Chemical Co., Monsanto Co. and DuPont Co., to compel one of the plaintiffs to produce more detailed medical information.
