Lilly Officially Pleads Guilty In Zyprexa Debacle

Law360, New York (January 30, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Weeks after Eli Lilly & Co. announced a record-breaking $1.4 billion deal to settle charges that it illegally marketed its anti-psychotic treatment Zyprexa for off-label use, the pharmaceutical giant formally pled guilty Friday to a misdemeanor related to the scandal.
