Funds File Fresh Suit Against Nacchio, Woodruff

Law360, New York (February 2, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Investment companies that opted out of a $45 million settlement in the case against two former Qwest Communications International Inc. executives are now pursuing their own action against the men.

Five funds managed by Munder Capital Management filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado against former co-chair and CEO Joseph P. Nacchio and former Chief Financial Officer Robert S. Woodruff.
