Real Estate Rumors: British Land, WeWork, JLL

PLC is selling a 50 percent stake in a London tower for roughly £500 ($623 million), Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing sources with knowledge of the matter. The company is selling its stake in the the Leadenhall Building, also known as the Cheesegrater building, which it jointly owns with Oxford Properties Group Inc., according to the report. Tenants at the building include Amlin PLC and Aon Corp., Bloomberg said....
