Five Keker IP Vets Leave Nest To Start Own Boutique

Law360, New York (February 3, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- On Monday, the same day once-powerful intellectual property boutique Morgan & Finnegan LLP folded, five IP litigators at Keker & Van Nest LLP broke off from the San Francisco-based firm and started a fledgling boutique of their own.

The newly minted firm, Durie Tangri Lemley Roberts & Kent LLP, began operations Monday, partner Daralyn Durie said. The four other partners are Ragesh Tangri, Mark Lemley, Clement Roberts and Ryan Kent.
