Suit Takes Aim At Copper Tubing Cartel

Law360, New York (August 14, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit seeking class action status has targeted more than a dozen companies in the copper industry alleging that they fixed the prices of copper tubing sold in California and throughout the United States for more than 15 years.
