Jury Indicts Former LG, Chunghwa Execs In LCD Probe

Law360, New York (February 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Less than a month after four Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. and LG Display Co. Ltd. executives agreed to plead guilty for their roles in a global conspiracy to fix the prices of liquid crystal display panels, a federal grand jury has indicted three more former executives from the two companies on similar charges.
